Appointments and Cancellation Policy

The day before your appointment we send out a text message to remind you of your appointment. You need to reply 'yes' to confirm. If you need to reschedule you need to give at least 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. This way we can try our hardest to fit people in that are on the cancellation list - one day that could be you desperately needing an appointment. 

If you are running late you may have your service time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.

In the case you have a gift voucher and don't show for your appointment the voucher will be void.
